Erica is an attorney in Taft’s Labor and Employment practice group. She advises employers on compliance issues, including job descriptions and applications, employment contracts, non-competition agreements and release and separation agreements and also counsels clients on day-to-day personnel issues.
Erica earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was an executive board member of the Indiana Law Journal. She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with her bachelor’s degree in public affairs.
Prior to joining Taft, Erica served as an attorney law fellow in the Indiana University Office of the Vice President & General Counsel, where she represented university clients in litigation, employment law, compliance and student affairs. She has also gained valuable experience serving as a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
