Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Fleury Michon Division in Acquisition and Development of First U.S. Production Site
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to MarfoFMA Corp., a division of Fleury Michon, in the acquisition and development of its first U.S. production facility in Covington, Kentucky. Read the release here.
MarfoFMA is the business unit of the French group Fleury Michon, specializing in the development, production, and distribution of prepared meals for airlines. Today, MarfoFMA serves more than 35 airports across North America from its production facility near Montreal, Canada. With this new production site in Covington, MarfoFMA will benefit from additional manufacturing capacity in North America.
Taft’s legal team was led by Thibault Vieilledent, co-chair of Taft’s French Practice Group, and included Adam Law, Keanen Armour, and Nicole Zawada on the real estate side, as well as Daniel Andersen and Matthew Miller on the public finance side.
