Multifamily Real Estate
Taft’s real estate attorneys work with many of the nation’s leading multifamily developers, owners, and investors, providing practical and strategic counsel throughout the lifecycle of a project — from site acquisition and financing to development, leasing, and disposition.
Our team’s experience spans every corner of the multifamily sector, from urban high-rises and mixed-use projects with residential components to affordable, workforce, and build-to-rent communities. This breadth of experience gives us a unique perspective to identify opportunities early, address challenges proactively, and enhance value at every phase of a deal.
Clients benefit from our multidisciplinary approach, drawing on the experience of attorneys in construction, environmental, tax, securities, creditors’ rights, affordable housing, employment, and intellectual property law to address various issues with multifamily projects. We tailor our strategies to each client’s business objectives, delivering legal solutions that are both efficient and forward-looking.
