• Represented Wood Partners, one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers, in over a thousand transactions, including acquisition, development, disposition, and financing of multifamily developments across the country.
• Represented Middle Street Partners in the acquisition, financing, and development of two luxury multifamily high-rise towers, The Juniper and The Reserve at Juniper in Midtown Atlanta, featuring more than 600 residential units, ground-floor retail, and premier amenity spaces.
• Represented Forsyth County in its project agreements for The Gathering at South Forsyth, a $3 billion mixed-use development to attract an NHL team. The project will include 1,800 multifamily units and 150 single-family homes alongside an 18,000-seat arena and other retail, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment spaces.
