Tyler is a responsive, creative, and business-focused public finance attorney who is pivotal in financing projects that drive growth in Arizona.

Representing cities, counties, towns, universities, charter schools, school districts, healthcare districts, special taxing districts, land developers, hospitals, continuing care retirement communities, and 501(c)(3) organizations, he assists clients in navigating complex financing structures and gives them the tools to make informed decisions. He acts as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel in transactions totaling more than $12 billion nationwide.

Additionally, Tyler represents underwriters, developers, owners, managers, and operators in multi-purpose sports facilities financing transactions. He regularly serves as outside general counsel for start-ups, early-stage, and emerging growth companies in the technology, social media, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industries.
