Summary

Bob Dunlevey focuses his practice on counseling and defending construction companies on employment-related issues, including federal and state court litigation, OSHA, NLRB and EEOC proceedings, wage-hour compliance, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. For more than four decades, Bob has aggressively represented companies of all sizes and has served as general counsel to numerous trade associations.

Bob’s OSHA practice focuses on both state and federal OSHA matters, including investigations, trials and effective safety programs. He has defended companies in numerous fatality cases and holds the leading case on heat stress in the United States – See here. Bob argued this case before the OSH Review Commission in Washington, D.C. The Commission seldom hears cases in person.
