Summary

Kevin is an attorney in Taft’s Commercial Litigation group. From his practice in Louisville, Kevin handles business litigation matters ranging from shareholder controversies, supply chain issues, breach of contract disputes, and multi-party conflicts. Kevin also has experience handling complex fiduciary litigation cases and trust & estate disputes. Kevin frequently represents corporate trustees and family members in disputes involving claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, mental capacity, duress, and more.

Before joining Taft, Kevin worked at a well-known regional firm in Louisville, Kentucky, where he was part of the Business Litigation and Trust & Estate litigation practice groups.

Kevin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville.
