Summary

Joe is an associate in Taft’s Corporate and M&A practices.

Prior to joining Taft, Joe was a law clerk with a well-known law firm in Cleveland. He also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Jonathan D. Greenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Before law school, Joe worked at an Am Law 200 firm as a litigation assistant, focusing on cases involving banking, tax law, and white collar investigations.

Joe earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was an associate editor for the Journal of International Law and the treasurer for the Jewish Law Student Association. He received his B.A. in international studies, with a specialization in world business and economics, from The Ohio State University. He also holds a certificate in finance from Harvard Business School Online. Before law school, Joe served in active duty and reserves in the Israel Defense Forces as a paratrooper for the 890 brigade.
