Jeremy is a partner in Taft's Business practice group. He advises clients on matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax law, and estate and succession planning.
Prior to joining Taft, Jeremy was an attorney at a prominent U.S. law firm with a presence in the South and Midwest. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, MSBA in taxation from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University.
