Summary
Jeremy is a partner at Taft where he focuses his practice on business law. He advises clients on matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax law, and estate and succession planning. Representative clients have included businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Jeremy also chairs Taft’s State and Local Tax practice.
Jeremy serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he teaches State and Local Taxation. He is active in many community and professional organizations and currently serves as President of the Cincinnati chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
Prior to joining Taft, Jeremy was an attorney at a prominent U.S. law firm with a presence in the South and Midwest. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, MSBA in taxation from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University
