Jayna M. Cacioppo

Jayna represents clients in all sectors, and has experience in both federal and state courts. She has successfully represented clients in bet-the-company litigation, arbitrations, preliminary injunctions, defeating class action certification, and defended white collar criminal cases. She also has experience with supply chain software litigation, and successfully arbitrated a breach of contract matter involving the implementation of an SAP software solution.

Jayna is equally active with her local community as she is with her clients. She has been active raising funds for the fight against cancer through her work with the Cancer Support Community, where she serves on the executive committee of the board. She is also on the board of Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and is passionate about finding a cure for T1D. Additionally, Jayna is active in her legal community as a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDL) and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).

Jayna graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and also graduated from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
