Emily Craiger

In addition to her extensive employment advice practice, Emily brings significant litigation experience to the table. She is deposition and trial certified by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and has first chaired arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials, and has argued appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals and 9^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

A trusted resource for her clients, Emily offers a perspective shaped by her work in both private practice and government service. For more than eight years, she practiced at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where she provided counsel on all aspects of employment law. During her tenure, she led the Land Use & Transactional and Government Advice Practice groups and later moving to Assistant Division Chief, overseeing the entire Civil Division. She leverages this leadership background when helping employers manage risk, adapt to change, and implement strategic solutions.
