Summary

Daniel is of counsel in the Intellectual Property practice group and is based out of Taft Chicago. His practice primarily focuses on all stages of trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. His practice also consists of other matters related to intellectual property, such as licensing, enforcement of intellectual property rights, due diligence for transactional work, monetizing intellectual property, digital right usage, and domain name registration and dispute resolution.
