Committed to strengthening outdoor access and stewardship, Cassandra earned a master’s degree in outdoor recreation economy from the University of Colorado Boulder. She bridged her legal background and her passion for the outdoors to serve as a program director for a national outdoor recreation industry association, where she worked at the intersection of law, business, and public policy, collaborating with industry leaders, federal agencies, and policymakers on initiatives affecting outdoor recreation businesses and communities nationwide.
