Ashley is passionate about helping employers navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment and labor law. Known for her thoughtful approach and legal insight, Ashley collaborates with clients to resolve complex employment disputes and craft practical solutions that align with their business goals.
Her practice covers a wide range of employment law matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, and contract disputes. Ashley also defends companies in class actions and represents them in claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Beyond litigation, Ashley enjoys helping clients take a proactive approach to compliance. She regularly advises on employee handbooks, state and local leave laws, paid sick leave policies, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance, and internal investigations.
Ashley received her J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her bachelor’s from Daemen University in New York. After law school, she clerked for the Hon. William Montgomery on the Arizona Supreme Court.
