Summary

Amanda is a member of the Private Client and Estate Planning practice groups. She assists individuals with their estate planning and probate issues and estate and trust administration matters. In addition, she provides clients with legal counsel regarding elder law issues.

She guides individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels on all issues related to estate planning including wills, medical assistance, disability and special needs planning, incapacity planning, trusts, charitable gifting, contested probates, family business succession planning, and guardianship and conservatorships.

Amanda is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota, and is a member of the Minnesota and North Dakota state bar associations.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was an associate at another regional firm, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. She also has prior work experience from her role at a wealth management firm where she represented ultra high net worth clients.

While in law school, she interned for the J.A.G. Area Defense Counsel, Air Force.
