Taft welcomes associate attorneys Elise Rhodes and LeRoy Ricksy to the Chicago office in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. The firm’s Chicago office has added 20 attorneys to date in 2021.

Rhodes is a transactional attorney who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, including related equity, debt, and mezzanine financings. She received her J.D., cum laude, from New England Law | Boston.

Ricksy was previously a summer associate in Taft’s Chicago and Columbus offices. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, including related equity, debt, and mezzanine financings. Ricksy received his J.D. from The Ohio State University where he was a member of The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.
