LeRoy C. Ricksy, Jr.

LeRoy is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He advises startups, emerging growth companies, investors, and other privately held businesses on a broad range of matters, including strategic transactions, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and other day-to-day business matters. LeRoy also has experience in gaming regulatory law, including licensing, compliance, and general corporate matters for gaming clients. He works closely with clients to address their legal needs and achieve their business objectives.

Prior to joining Taft as an Associate, LeRoy was a summer associate with the firm in 2019 and 2020. He received his J.D. and bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

LeRoy is actively involved in the community. He currently volunteers with Lawyers Lend-A-Hand, tutoring a local elementary school student, and serves as a member of the board of directors of the 10th House Education Foundation.
