Taft acted as legal counsel to Right Lane Industries (RLI) and Bold Renewables, LLC in connection with RLI’s sale of Bold Renewables to Integrated Power Services (IPS). The acquisition expands IPS’ renewable energy services platform by adding specialized solar inverter field services, spare parts, and preventive maintenance capabilities.

Headquartered in Windsor, Colorado, Bold Renewables provides maintenance, repair, and aftermarket parts for utility-scare solar inverters. RLI is a long-term industrial holding company that specializes in complex transactions, including corporate carve-outs, restructurings and special situations, where operational focus and patient capital create value. IPS is a provider of electric motor, generator, drive and power management repair and field services for industrial, commercial and utility customers across North America.
