Taft in the News for Standing With Towns, Cities and Counties Against Opioid Manufacturers and Distributors
Recently, Taft has been mentioned in several articles across Indiana for representing numerous towns, cities and counties against opioid manufacturers and distributors. Taft filed the lawsuits on behalf of its clients in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and most have been consolidated for pretrial purposes in multidistrict litigation in the Northern District of Ohio. Taft is part of a consortium of several law firms leading the charge on behalf of municipalities nationwide and in the multidistrict litigation.
