Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Applied Behavioral Services in Sale to Salisbury House and Audax
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Applied Behavioral Services (ABS) in the sale to Salisbury House and Audax Private Equity Group on Oct. 13. ABS is an Ohio-based provider of full treatment intervention for children with autism and related disabilities.
