Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel for Brickstone Partners’ (Brickstone) acquisition of the Landmark and Stone Creek apartment communities adjacent to Colorado State University. Brickstone, a full-service real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville, Tenn., plans to renovate the properties which feature 288 apartment homes combined.
