Taft Acts as Lead Counsel for Brickstone Partners’ Acquisition of Landmark, Stone Creek Apartments
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel for Brickstone Partners’ (Brickstone) acquisition of the Landmark and Stone Creek apartment communities adjacent to Colorado State University. Brickstone, a full-service real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville, Tenn., plans to renovate the properties which feature 288 apartment homes combined.
