Dan is a partner in the Real Estate practice focusing on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, office leasing, financings and joint ventures. His experience includes a wide range of commercial real estate assets, including office and industrial buildings, retail and multifamily properties, hotels, senior housing, mixed-use projects and land for development.

Dan received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining Taft, Dan was a partner at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks LLP.
