Taft is pleased to have acted as U.S. legal counsel to Siegfried Jacob Metallwerke GmbH & Co. KG, part of the Germany-based Jacob Metal Group (JMG), in its acquisition of Auris Noble LLC.

Auris Noble is an Akron, Ohio-based recycler and refiner of precious and rare earth metals. JMG has more than 1,000 employees across Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom and Auris Noble will be its first operation in the U.S. Read more here.
