“Workplace Mental Health Issues Abound!” is the title of the article published in the October issues of the Dayton Builders Exchange and the Central States Insulation Association newsletters. Taft attorneys Robert Dunlevey and Nadia Lampton offered insights to help employers effectively deal with delicate issues so as to avoid claims of disability discrimination and incidents of workplace misconduct.
