Taft Columbus partner Pamela S. Krivda will be participating in the Columbus Women’s Commission webinar, “Post-Dobbs: What Employers Can Do to Support Employees’ Reproductive Rights,” on Dec. 1. The panel will address how employers can protect reproductive health access for their employees after the recent Dobbs decision. Panelists will provide the most recent information regarding the reproductive health landscape, answer frequently asked questions, and discuss what options are available to employers who want to help impacted employees.

In addition to her work with the Columbus Women’s Commission, Krivda also serves on Taft’s Post-Roe v. Wade Task Force. The Task Force actively works to provide valuable information and insight to address the varying legal and business concerns Taft clients may have surrounding the decision.
