Krivda to Participate in Columbus Women's Commission Webinar
Taft Columbus partner Pamela S. Krivda will be participating in the Columbus Women’s Commission webinar, “Post-Dobbs: What Employers Can Do to Support Employees’ Reproductive Rights,” on Dec. 1. The panel will address how employers can protect reproductive health access for their employees after the recent Dobbs decision. Panelists will provide the most recent information regarding the reproductive health landscape, answer frequently asked questions, and discuss what options are available to employers who want to help impacted employees.

In addition to her work with the Columbus Women’s Commission, Krivda also serves on Taft’s Post-Roe v. Wade Task Force. The Task Force actively works to provide valuable information and insight to address the varying legal and business concerns Taft clients may have surrounding the decision. Krivda is a partner in Taft’s Employment Law and Labor Law groups and also serves as Taft’s Chief Human Resources officer, responsible for providing leadership and establishing and implementing human resources strategies to support the policies, practices and operations for the Taft organization. She represents and defends public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters.
