Taft associate Annabel Barraza has been appointed as a fellow to the American Bar Association’s Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities. During the one-year term, she will support the commission’s goal of developing and championing initiatives and research to educate lawyers on how best to serve, promote civic responsibility within, and address the key legal challenges facing the Latino community in the United States.

Annabel represents employers in a variety of industries, bringing a well-rounded perspective on employment law and the practical judgment needed to navigate complex workplace matters. Her practice spans litigation, arbitration, and day-to-day counseling, advising clients on disputes involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
