Hahn Elected to Governing Committee for ABA’s Forum on Construction Law
Taft Columbus partner Peter Hahn has been elected to a three-year term on the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law, the largest organization of construction lawyers in the United States.
Hahn’s election recognizes his longstanding dedication to the Forum and the field of construction law. Over the course of his career, he has been deeply involved with the Forum, previously serving as Chair of Division 13 (Government Construction) and as Co-Chair of the Forum’s 2019 Mid-Winter Meeting in Los Angeles. In addition to his leadership roles, Hahn has contributed significantly to the Forum’s scholarship efforts, including as Co-Editor of both The A201 Deskbook, a leading reference work for practitioners nationwide, and the upcoming Law of Construction Managers.
