Summary

Tristan is an associate in Taft’s Indianapolis office focusing on commercial litigation and employment law. With experience representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in federal and state courts, in addition to administrative agencies, Tristan’s practice includes navigating commercial and employment-related disputes through all phases of litigation and advising clients regarding the legal issues impacting their workforce and employment practices. He also gained extensive experience with the federal courts while serving as a law clerk to Chief Judge Tanya Walton Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Tristan graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and magna cum laude from Asbury University with a B.A. in Social Work. He also received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky prior to attending law school. During his time in law school, Tristan served as the editor-in-chief of the Indiana Journal of Law & Social Equality and was a quarterfinalist in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition, as well as receiving Brief Writing and Oral Advocacy Honors. Prior to joining Taft as an associate, he was a summer law clerk with Taft and a legal intern for Indiana’s Department of Child Services.
