Trevor M. Nichols

Trevor focuses his practice on defending employers in litigation. He has extensive experience litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, noncompete, nonsolicit, and trade secret claims.

Trevor’s experience also covers defending employers before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and Kentucky Commission on Human Rights.

Outside defending clients in the courtroom, Trevor often provides advice and counseling in real time, works with employers on developing employment policies, trains employers on compliance and legal developments, and conducts investigations.
