Focusing his practice on complex commercial and employment litigation, Tim regularly advises clients on high-stakes contractual matters, including disputes involving lending agreements, property transactions, and insurance and indemnification issues. On the employment side, he has handled a wide range of individual and class action matters, from non-compete and confidentiality disputes to arbitration agreements, discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims.
With experience litigating in jurisdictions across the country, Tim is well-versed in navigating both trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitral and administrative proceedings. He understands that his clients don’t operate in a vacuum; they’re governed by both the contracts they sign and the regulations of their industries.
Tim received his J.D. from Arizona State University (ASU) Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he served as a Senior Article Editor for the ASU Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. After law school, Tim clerked at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
