Tammi is a trusted legal advisor to public and private companies in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and more. She has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on industrial and office product types, retail, and healthcare. Drawing on her long-term in-house experience, Tammi applies a practical approach to facilitating all transactions effectively and efficiently, focusing on short- and long-term business goals. She routinely collaborates with multiple disciplines, including environmental, construction, corporate, and litigation teams, to ensure holistic client success.

Previously, Tammi was a senior vice president and assistant secretary for a publicly traded real estate investment trust, where she performed, managed, and aided the company’s commercial real estate development, ownership, and risk management. Tammi also worked in an international law firm’s commercial real estate practice.
