Summary

Hudson is an attorney in Taft’s Compliance, Investigations, and White Collar Defense practice, He counsels individuals and companies in white collar criminal matters, internal corporate investigations, and investigations by various state and federal governmental entities.

Before joining Taft, Hudson built a strong foundation in the legal field through a series of judicial and legal externships. Most recently, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Andrew Rodovich, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Indiana. He also gained valuable experience as a legal extern with the Illinois Office of the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor and with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Chicago.

Hudson earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University – Bloomington. While in law school, Hudson served on the Editorial Board of the UIC John Marshall Law Review as a Student Publications Editor and also worked as a judicial extern to the Hon. Mary Seminara-Schostok, Illinois Appellate Court for the 2nd District.
