Sherry A. Hojnacki

Sherry is a paralegal in Taft’s Real Estate practice group. She supports attorneys through real estate contracts review and all aspects of closings for both sellers and purchasers. Her position responsibilities include ordering surveys and inspections, document administration, reviewing title commitments, scheduling closings and coordinating with multiple parties in real estate transactions. She also prepares deeds using tools such as Quitclaim Deeds and has worked with the clerk’s office in each state for transfer declaration, feeds and other requirements. She has aided attorneys and clients with estate planning and the transfer of various properties in trusts.

With additional legal experience in the food and beverage industry, Sherry prepares and supports business license matters related to limited business licenses, retail food establishment licenses and/or liquor licenses. She works directly with municipalities in matters relating to the food and beverage process.
