Sarah is a paralegal in Taft's Southfield office and supports the Immigration and Citizenship practice.
As an immigration paralegal, Sarah specializes in assisting business clients with temporary (including H-1B, L-1, and TN) and permanent employment processes (including PERM Labor Certification, immigration petitions, and adjustments of status applications) for foreign national employees. She also assists individuals and families with family-based immigration processes, including dependent visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications. She is experienced in filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for multinational managers and executives, as well as completing preference petitions for professionals.
Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in international relations and Chinese from Michigan State University and completed a government-sponsored study abroad trip at Peking University in Beijing, China.
