Summary

Sam is a partner in Taft’s Real Estate practice group. Sam’s versatile real estate practice focuses on land acquisition and disposition, land development, land use and zoning, economic incentives, due diligence, and leasing. His experience also includes rezoning, annexations, subdivisions, variances, and right-of-way vacations.

Sam provides pragmatic legal advice and business solutions for developers, owners, landlords, and tenants in complex commercial transactions involving master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, office, retail, residential, and multi-family industries.

Sam earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history from DePauw University.
