Summary

Rosemary Perichon is a paralegal in Taft’s Cincinnati office, where she supports the Immigration and Citizenship practice. She assists with ongoing immigration projects and prepares nonimmigrant and immigrant sponsorship petitions including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, EB1, and PERM-based EB2 and EB3 petitions.

With both in-house and law firm experience, Rosemary has focused much of her career on challenging immigration casework. Before joining Taft, she worked as an immigration paralegal at a well-known national law firm. Rosemary has more than 20 years of experience in this practice area and is also well-versed in immigration removal proceedings filed with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals.

Rosemary earned her law degree with a focus on international business law, with honors, from François Rabelais law school in Tours, France. She also earned an ABA-accredited paralegal certificate, summa cum laude, and received an Alpha Beta Kappa Gold Key Award. Rosemary is fluent in French and has served as a translator and court interpreter.
