Focusing his practice on representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, Roger brings deep experience across federal, state, and administrative forums. He defends organizations in high‑stakes litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and noncompete disputes.

Roger has successfully represented employers in cases arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Colorado Anti‑Discrimination Act, the Colorado Wage Claim Act, the Montana Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act, and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, among others. Drawing on this experience, he helps clients navigate not just legal risk, but also the interpersonal dynamics that accompany workplace disputes.

Roger regularly represents employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state civil rights agencies, the National Labor Relations Board, and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. His client base spans a wide range of industries, including transportation, media, energy, technology, retail, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, electronics, healthcare, and financial services. In addition to litigation, clients rely on Roger as a trusted advisor on day‑to‑day employment issues, including employee handbooks and policies, leave administration, workforce reductions, employment agreements, and noncompete strategies.
