Robert is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney in Taft’s West Palm Beach office. His practice centers on development and construction matters, with a focus on both dispute resolution and project advisory work. He represents developers, contractors, design professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders in complex disputes involving construction defects, project delays, design issues, and contract performance.

Robert has extensive experience managing sophisticated litigation from inception through resolution. On the transactional side, he advises clients on project structuring, risk allocation, and the negotiation of construction and design agreements.

He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each matter, delivering practical and effective solutions to complex legal challenges.

Before joining Taft, Robert was a litigation associate at a prominent regional law firm in Florida.
