Regina D. Brooks Smith

Regina is Senior Discovery Counsel in the eDiscovery & Litigation Service group and supports the firm’s attorneys in eDiscovery and case management. She has more than 10 years of substantive knowledge and practical experience in discovery with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of eDiscovery. Regina is responsible for the management of multiple projects and oversight of all levels of the discovery process, including motion practice, preservation, collection, and managed review. She routinely advises clients on project management, workflows, and defensible strategies to mitigate discovery risks and costs.

Prior to joining Taft, Regina worked as an attorney at an Am Law 100 firm and as a project manager at various eDiscovery solution providers.
