Summary
Pelham is a partner in Taft’s Real Estate practice group, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions. He represents a diverse client base nationwide, including developers, owners, and operators in all facets of their business.
Pelham has significant experience representing and advising developers, owners, and operators through all stages of their project needs, including purchase and sale agreement (PSA) negotiation, property diligence, reciprocal easement agreements (REAs), easements, loan documents, property management agreements, leasing (including build-to-suit) and dispositions. His experience extends to multiple asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, build to-rent, mixed-used, and retail.
Pelham also provides counsel to both landlords and tenants on leasing matters in numerous asset classes. His experience representing both sides offers a balanced perspective and understanding of landlord-tenant dynamics to help minimize conflicts and disputes. In addition, Pelham handles leasing matters for Fortune 200 retailers nationwide. Clients rely on Pelham’s experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial leases to help protect their interests.
