Paxton regularly works with subject matter experts, engineers, and economic development offices to document and secure incentives and intellectual property rights for clients investing in new technologies and creative solutions.

With a background in chemistry and forensic science, Paxton brings a unique technical perspective to her legal practice. She represents clients in U.S. and international trademark litigation and enforcement, trademark prosecution and management, and patent prosecution, patentability analyses, and clearance matters, translating complex scientific concepts into effective intellectual property protections.
