Patrick C. Manning

As an attorney in Taft’s Real Estate practice group, Patrick focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on leasing across various asset classes. With experience in both the law firm context and in-house for a national commercial retail developer, Patrick excels at negotiating and drafting leases and related agreements and counseling his clients on a wide range of issues. He has experience serving a broad range of clients, from major corporations to local businesses, across a wide range of industries.

A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Patrick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review. He holds a master’s degree in Irish Studies from the University of Galway and a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in English from John Carroll University.
