Nicholas Lewis

Nicholas is an experienced litigator with firsthand experience supporting complex commercial and construction disputes and regulatory investigations. His practice spans across a range of industries including construction, regulatory oversight, real estate, and business litigation. Nicholas has practiced before various tribunals, including federal and state courts, AAA arbitrations, and administrative agencies.

Nicholas earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from North Dakota State University. While in law school, Nicholas served as Teaching Director for the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Moot Court and was a Certified Student Attorney for the Business Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic.
