Niccole has extensive experience serving in senior in-house legal leadership roles for local and national real estate and healthcare organizations, where she partnered closely with business teams on high-value development and redevelopment projects, commercial transactions, environmental and regulatory matters, and strategic risk management. She has also managed large real estate portfolios, overseen outside counsel, and advised executive leadership on legal issues affecting business operations and growth.

Earlier in her career, she advised clients on environmental, land use, and cultural resource matters, giving her a broad perspective on the legal and regulatory issues that shape land use and complex development projects.
