
Summary
Nadia is an associate in Taft’s Chicago office and works with a wide range of employers on many aspects of employment law. In addition to gaining valuable legal experience as a summer associate with the firm, Nadia also has over ten years of experience as a litigation and immigration paralegal. Her extensive paralegal background lends itself to her practice in creating a robust approach when advising clients on complex matters.
Nadia earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in government and political science from Southern Connecticut State University. While in law school, Nadia took on several leadership roles, serving as a Bluebook Editor for the UIC Law Review, Secretary of the International Human Rights Student Organization, and Committee Vice Chair of Young Lawyers Section’s Business Law Transactions Committee with the Chicago Bar Association. Additionally, Nadia is a Diversity Attorney Pipeline Program (DAPP) Scholar and was a law student clinician at the International Human Rights Clinic (IHRC).
