Monica D. Dabio, IRP

Monica is a paralegal based in Taft’s Indianapolis office. Supporting Taft’s litigation attorneys, Monica has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, antitrust cases, construction and product liability matters.

As an integral part of the litigation team with more than 25 years of experience, Monica drafts pleadings, discovery requests, reviews documents, conducts legal research, investigates case facts and attends depositions, hearings and trials. In addition, she uses her technology skills and experience to prepare visual demonstrative exhibits and presentation slides for use at mediations and in the courtroom, as well as assisting attorneys and clients in the navigation of e-discovery. Monica is an Indiana Registered Paralegal (IRP).

Monica has worked in a variety of settings including in a small plaintiff’s firm working on class actions and multi-district litigation matters and a large healthcare law firm working in the area of medical malpractice defense.
