Summary
Matt Sours is a partner in the firm’s real estate practice. He primarily represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial transactions, including development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and related loan closings for multi-family, industrial, retail, medical office and mixed-use projects. Matt also provides leasing services for landlords and tenants in all asset classes.
Prior to joining Taft, Matt’s experience included positions with a local retail developer where he worked in legal and business capacities, and a global law firm.
