From commercial litigation matters to construction disputes, Matt takes time to understand each client’s business and goals. This insight enables him to develop creative, tailored solutions that support the long-term success of his clients.
Matt assists developers, contractors, purchasers, insurers, municipalities, investors, businesses, and property owners in complex litigation matters, including construction defects, contract disputes, wrongful termination, liens, and more. Thanks to his experience representing a wide variety of clients, Matt is able to adapt to meet the unique needs each client presents.
He earned both his Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Sports Law and Business from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he held several leadership roles, including serving as president of the Moot Court Board and treasurer of the American Constitution Society. In recognition of his excellence in trial advocacy, Matt was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, the national honorary society for U.S. law students. He also gained practical experience with the Civil Litigation Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
