Matthew Greenfield

Matthew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He works with clients on both the contractual and transactional aspects of the business lifecycle within the private and public sectors.

Since returning home to South Florida, he has utilized his skillset in transactional work to help his clients close deals, grow their businesses, and resolve disputes without litigation.

Matt earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
