Mark works with clients throughout the development, acquisition, leasing, and financial aspects of national real estate deals. Mark focuses on a diverse array of real estate projects, including office buildings, multifamily communities, film and television studios, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and mixed-use and industrial developments. He also has extensive experience negotiating joint venture agreements, advising on like-kind exchanges, and structuring “forward” contracts, providing valuable insight to clients throughout the buying, selling, and financing of real estate deals.
