Summary

Mac understands that construction disputes are about more than contracts and claims. They are about projects, partnerships, and businesses that people have invested years building.

Focusing his practice on construction litigation and dispute resolution, Mac represents project owners, contractors, architects, and engineers in matters involving construction defects, delay claims, design negligence, and payment disputes. His practice is centered on litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation disputes, where he works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that align with both their legal and business objectives.

Mac has a deep understanding of how construction businesses operate, the challenges they face, and the relationships that drive projects forward. He has an industry-focused approach that allows him to better anticipate client needs and advocate effectively throughout every stage of a dispute.

In addition to his construction practice, Mac has experience litigating commercial disputes, governmental liability matters, and employment-related claims.

While earning his J.D. at Capital University Law School, Mac externed for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio, where he assisted the court in evaluating discretionary appeals and gained insight into judicial decision-making at the highest level of the state judiciary.

Whether guiding clients through active litigation or helping resolve disputes before they escalate further, Mac approaches every matter with the goal of becoming a trusted partner to the businesses and people behind the projects.
